Worth wearing with a cap
Bought one of these for my daughter who plays college rugby. The so-called caps that some players wear are useless against concussions. Rugby league rules, which appear to have been written by Neanderthals who are more concerned with courage than brain injury, cap ceilings at 1/2 inch. Worn in the cap, this noggin really does follow league rules and does seem to offer some level of real head impact mitigation. That's all I care about. A good product. worth owning.
