I'm 5'6, 175 lbs and have a medium fit, just like your regular gym/running shorts. I agree with other reviewers that the mesh lining feels pointless, especially since I'm wearing bikini bottoms underneath so I can cut them out like others. They dry faster than cotton, but even wring them out and hang them up in the bathroom, they'll be completely dry in a few hours. I like that they have pockets. and very cute :)
