I recently purchased the DOWNLITE Stearns & Foster® Waterproof Mattress and Cooling Protector for my king-sized bed, and overall, I'm impressed with the product. The protector advertises itself as providing "cool comfort and protection," and I have to say, it delivers on both fronts. The cooling aspect is notable. I'm a hot sleeper, and I noticed a significant reduction in temperature when I swapped out my old mattress protector for this one. It's impressive how such a thin layer can make such a difference. As for the protection, the waterproof layer gave me peace of mind knowing that my mattress is guarded against spills and accidents. The only drawback to note is that the protector is a bit noisy.
