I did not have a Csection but i still purchased this because after my first pregnancy I ended up with so much extra saggy skin I knew I would need something to hold it all up and together after birth of my second. This was so tight (which i wanted) but did get bigger as i wore it like 5 days in a row without washing 24/7. I highly recommend. I was about 210 after having the second baby and am down to 187 and still wear it just fine! It does roll a bit so expect that but not to where you are super annoyed.
