Love this product and have been using it for many years, always buy it at the spa. This is the first time I've bought it through Revain. I care about authenticity. My packaging was fine but the product packaging looked fake and the cream was not sealed. Eminence products are usually designed to be refrigerated, so in the packaging you will find a small scoop to scoop in a smaller container for a few days while the main jar is chilled. An unsealed pot of cream shipped in 90 degree weather is not the best combination. In any case, the broken seal is a huge red flag, it came off completely when I unscrewed the cap. smell, texture, everything. I am wondering if this is an original product and if it has been edited in any way. I ordered a replacement and am sending it back. Let's hope that the next delivery is intact.
