While not a cure, both my husband and I have found this device to be a relief. We haven't tried the TENS yet, but they work well on the feet. The amount of settings is impressive. I use it for foot pain due to high arches, and he uses a more intense setting for peripheral neuropathy. The relief lasts quite a long time. We found that using it once a day is enough. A minor annoyance is that you have to hold down the remote to increase the intensity, not just hold down the button to increase it. I would also have liked a longer power cord. In order to sit where we want, an extension is required. We recommend it as it is easy to use at home.
