I wrote a long review but it got deleted halfway through --- To summarize what I said, DO NOT USE THE SCREWS AND ANCHORS SUPPLIED! I don't want to explain this terrible story. again, but these things will just rip up your drywall. I've come a long way installing these things because of those horrible anchors. You are so cute! makes everything worse If like me you've drilled holes and installed anchors, just buy bigger anchors and screws to hide them. I don't know about that, but I just got the screw, anchor, and bracket from Home Depot and compared what I needed very precisely. I ended up with #12 screws? Whatever that means, and a #7 screw and metal dowel for the stud, which I drilled into as I wasn't confident using a plastic stud, but that's just me. Luckily I was able to fix the error! So, to sum it up, listen to people who advise you to use other hardware, it will really make everything a lot easier, don't be stupid like me 😅 PS, the shelves themselves look amazing! Although I wish they were bigger. I don't think adding an inch to each side would affect the weight it could handle. Speaking of weight, they are HEAVY! That's pretty sweet, but it kind of makes the problem worse, scares me that they'll rip my wall apart. I'd like to weigh them, but I reckon they weigh 4-5 pounds each? That's a lot for something so small. Mine came normal, albeit dirty. They look like they have water stains, like water dripped on them and they just left them there. In general, seeing how others have come, I've been lucky 😅 The shelves are very stylish, I'm glad I got them working
