I used to have the larger version and it worked great. I use minimal makeup; this is the right size for my needs. My husband is prone to blepharitis and doesn't follow the Roitin eyelid cleansing protocol until things escalate. Now he enjoys cleaning his eyelids with these little pads in the evening or in the morning when he's not showering. We hand wash the pads with a dab of antibacterial paint and water after each use; Rinse water shows how much makeup and dirt has been removed. They have a soft surface and take time to dry; so we quickly wash our hands with antibacterial soap so that nothing bad festers in the damp darkness. So far my husband likes them well enough to follow improved eye care routine. I like them too! We change them every few days.
