Terrible, don't use the equipment provided!

This is just terrible. Very cheap. I followed the instructions when hanging it up. I drilled through the joists. I tried to take them out to return them because they are not dirty and it seems like they will fail at any moment and the screws are stripped. I can't delete them! Update, I contacted their support team and they didn't do anything about it. They offered me to buy a screw extractor. Relocate your business elsewhere!
