Extra straw and cleaning brush included. KEEP THE WATER REALLY COLD, this was in the 90's, the car was in the sun all day (7.5 hours), got back in the car and went to drain and refill my toddler's water - it still was ice in it! I've had a couple of stainless steel double wall straw bottles for the toddler and it's AMAZING. Reliable, he drives it, fits in a cup holder (Graco extend2fit), is easy to clean, keeps you cold, stickers stick well and don't leave any nasty stains when changing them. Oh, and it was $7.
