This is a great looking watch that, to me at least, is both ornate and modern. I find this works for both formal and casual wear. The colorful seconds hand draws attention as it rotates constantly. (The watch manufacturer's website has the exact animation.) My wife *loves* the look of both the yellow and red versions. In contrast to many modern men's watches, this one is not overly large. The size is perfect. The silicone strap goes well with the laconic design of the watch. There are three disadvantages worth noting. First, the watch has minimal water resistance. Don't think you'll leave it on while swimming. Second, it seems prone to cosmetic damage. To be clear, I'm not saying it's cheaply built. I say I think it will scratch easily and any scratches will definitely be visible on its black body. Finally, when you buy from Revain you don't get a manufacturer warranty; Instead, you get a third-party warranty. I don't know if that's a bad thing, but it's never been my preference. I was impressed that the seller emailed me shortly after receiving the watch to make sure everything was in order. I think it's great exercise.
