Great product, great price

My 3 year old 20 foot wide backdrop stand started falling apart during installation. With duck tape. On the last day I was allowed to photograph families for my church directory client. I had a week before I had to use the 20ft backdrop again. I called production with questions. The call was answered by a person who was able to answer all of my questions. I received the item in a few days. I've only used it once. It was easy to set up. I would buy this stand again.
