I've had these on 4 laptops for several months now and haven't had any problems yet: - They stayed on even after I've always again laptops opened and closed. "They stayed in place even after I repeatedly opened and closed the camera lid. - They are thin enough that the screen goes dark when I close my laptop; it doesn't remain as if I hadn't closed the top. The hole for the camera is big enough not to block it. They are easy to install/attach to a laptop. As the reviewer mentioned, they may go their separate ways. This happened to me when the slide with a hole for the camera came off the mount. It was only really a problem when I put them on my laptops. They snap back into place easily. And once they were on my computers I didn't have this problem.
