Impressive. Well done Sennheiser. These are very nicely designed and built headphones. A wire is good. A REMOVABLE cable is even better. Don't you hate headphones whose lifespan depends on a dumb cable? I have some stories I could tell you, I can tell you. Anyway, back to this product: now the little guys are really, really good, and not just for the money. You sound great. Sennheiser seems to want you to think they are the real "bassists"; You are not. In fact, one of the best things about them is the bass response (along with the mids and highs) in the sense that they're tight and NOT overwhelming. I can compare the overall sound of these headphones to headphones that cost a lot more and don't have a detachable cable. These headphones sound fantastic, especially for the price if that's what you're into.
