My Philips Norelco shaver has been making this horrible screeching orange light for a few weeks now. I thought the battery was low so I plugged it in and charged it. It didn't help. Finally, I took a closer look at the flashing orange light on the razor handle and realized that "it's time to replace the shaving heads (mannequin)". Yes! I had never noticed this light before. So I replaced them with these and they work great - they're quiet and cut very smoothly. I'm glad I bought a double pack. The heads I replaced with these have been in my shaver for a year and a half. I just found out that they need to be changed every year. I highly recommend these shaving heads!
