Super easy installation and fast connection.
The first one I installed caused Windows to hang during a file transfer and not reliably detect the drive. I ordered another one and got the same results. I have another computer with the same motherboard so I installed it on another computer. It went straight in and worked perfectly. I haven't had time to look into the first motherboard yet, but I'll get to the bottom of the problem. The support was great, they were aware of my issue and offered a replacement straight away, but I wasn't sure if the product was at fault. I don't know, it wasn't. Very happy when all is said and done.
