These frames are worth the price, but their main drawback is that the mat windows are *flat* 8x10. This will cause your 8x10 image or photo to stick out of the window when you try to straighten it. To keep my photos sharp I had to mount them to a backing board (not included) that was larger than the window and then line up the pattern with the window. Because the window and the drawing are the same size, the pop-up image may look awful if the alignment isn't perfect. If you matt something, say 8.5 x 11, it will probably be fine. If the window was cut even 1/8 inch less on each side it would make a big difference. YMMV.
