I've been looking for a small to medium sized 3 compartment canvas bag and this fits right in. Aside from the fact that it's actually pretty ugly (color: black) and looks like it's used to carry fishing gear, it's extremely practical and functional. I wanted my pistol to be hidden in the center compartment and I am delighted with this bag. The canvas itself is durable, the stitching is strong. The zippers are nylon and still appear to be strong, but with regular use (as any nylon zipper is subject to heavy use), problems can arise. I've already hooked the center compartment lining in a couple of times, so it may need some sewing. The shoulder strap rings are well sewn into the bag. The strap itself is wide enough to be practical, but not so wide that it's uncomfortable. The two outer compartments hold a substantial amount of cash (big wallet and checkbook in one, all my makeup in the other), and both have zipped pockets. Outside. I use the front pocket for keys and cell phone, wide and deep enough for both. The middle compartment has slip pockets and is deep enough to hold a tablet, but not so deep that you can't find anything inside. Since it is a canvas compartment, it is also very light. So you can carry a lot of things without compensating for the weight of your wallet. I had a leather concealed tote bag that I sent back because it was too heavy. I don't even carry it with this wallet. I'm thinking of ordering the same in a different color, I like it so much. The purse was well packaged and arrived on time. _____________ UPDATE November 2019 - Downgrading from 5 to 2 stars after lining started to come loose in mid summer. By the end of the summer, he was almost completely detached from the main part of the wallet. I have since bought another canvas bag from Kemy and I like it much better because of the features.
