I got a surge protector and had mixed feelings at first. I liked that it has two different power buttons for 8 outlets and another one for four USB ports. I noticed that they glow when one of them is on. I have an outlet right on my desk next to my face while I sleep so I thought that would be a problem. First, I wrapped black electrical tape around the green USB light and turned off the red light sockets while I slept. However, I've tried leaving the red lights on all night, and even though she's two feet from my face, she's completely invisible (and I hate any light while I'm sleeping). I held the tape via USB, which isn't a problem at all. Safemore even contacts me to make sure everything is up to my expectations. If a product deserves 5 stars, it's this one!
