I want to start by saying I want to love this bag! It's the perfect size for everyday use, love the look and it's comfortable to wear all day. BUT lightning is the worst! I already had two identical bags and the zippers on both broke. I received the first bag and used it daily for about six months before the zipper started opening and/or not closing when the zipper was closed. If I had been very careful and slowly closed the zipper, it sometimes stayed closed, but this was unreliable. Since I really liked the bag and admittedly used the first one quite a lot, I decided to get another one, hoping that the zipper on the first bag was an accident. It's not like this. The second came and I started using it. It worked great for about a month before the fabric part of the zipper started tearing. For now it still works but the zipper is stuck on the hole and it gets bigger pretty quickly. All other materials seem to be of good quality and the stitching is pretty good, but the zippers suck! It's a shame because otherwise it's a great bag. I love sling backpacks for their convenience and comfort, and this is one of the best value options I've found in terms of style and (most) materials, but I can't bring myself to order a third just to go to deal with another one. Broken zipper for months!
