This product was great at first but didn't last long. This is the third set we have bought. We won't buy it again. The first set lasted about a year and it was for our teenage son so I figured it lasted at least a year. For the 2nd and 3rd sets we bought an extended warranty just in case. You know, they both stopped working. One set left earbud stopped working after 5 months, the other just won't charge. I contacted every reseller and the first reseller was very helpful and immediately offered me a full refund! Glory to Photo4less! GREAT customer service! Now the second reseller, Forward, wasn't that helpful. They referred me to BlueAnt and said it was BlueAnt's one year warranty, not their company. I contacted BlueAnt and they referred me back to Go forward and explained that Go forward is not an authorized reseller of BlueAnt products. Go forward claims this is BlueAnt's responsibility and BlueAnt claims this is Go forward's responsibility. No company wants to help. The product is no longer made by BlueAnt and there may be a reason (faulty product) but I think BlueAnt will support their product and offer a refund as good customer service! I still hope that the next email from BlueAnt or Go forward will be positive and helpful.
