Review on IHOT Business Pockets Retro Pleated Girls' Clothing for Dresses by James Baker

I bought this on a whim for a friendly event and can say that this dress was so cute and affordable! The fabric is very soft and a bit thin/snuggly (definitely not something you would wear in cold weather). The quarter turn sleeves were a bit short for my liking, but they didn't roll up and were a decent length to show off my wrists for any accessories I might wear. The top half of the dress ended just below my bust line and the skirt hung half out giving the impression of a short waist that nicely hid any bulges on my stomach. All in all I would wear this dress again, preferably to a nice spring event.
