The platform allows for seamless communication between team members across departments and locations. It also gives an overall view of your employees to better understand how to improve working relationships! I dislike that there are only four tabs available at once (which makes it hard to see more information in-depth). Also, sometimes when you try to search for something specific within a tab or module, some options won't show up while others do - just not sure why this happens. This can be frustrating as well as time consuming if searching takes a long time. For example, trying to find out what training/certifications my colleague needs before attending one of our conferences but she's unable to locate her info.
