One works perfectly, the other barely heats up

Ordered two. One works great, the other hardly heats up. I used my Kill-a-Watt to measure power consumption. The working one draws about 60 watts, the broken one draws about 10 watts. Unfortunately, I did not find that any of these failed by the return deadline. I recommend that you plug them in immediately upon receipt and make sure they are hot to the touch.
