Doesn't work very well

Tried many times to make a simple crystal. You need to add the crystalline chemicals and boiling water and stir until fully dissolved and clear. No matter how hot my boiling water is, no matter how fast it boils, no matter how bubbling, the crystalline solution will not dissolve. You can stir all day and no clear solution will form. I'm sorry I spent money on this.
