I love great baby sleeping bags! I have them in cotton and microfleece so I can only speak to the ones that are made out of those two materials. I have small and medium for my transition boy. I like the dual action zippers and I really like that there is a zipper guard at the top of the neck where the zipper stops, but it's not a snap guard. It weighs 15 pounds and still fits in the small ones I have but feels good in the medium ones too. One of my favorite aspects of these items, both cotton and microfleece, is that they stay soft after at least 20 washes. Of my sleeping bags, Carters, Halo and Amazing Baby are the first ones I grab. Highly recommended.
