I have multiple Echo devices in my house, so I got curious when I saw these LEDs listed as Alexa compatible. I ordered a set to see how effective they are. It was easy to sync with my Echo device. I can tell Alexa to turn the light on and off and change it to a specific color. The string of lights comes with a remote control, but since it responds so quickly to Alexa's prompts to turn the lights on and off, I don't think I'll need the remote.
