Review on 💾 Yottamaster 2 Bay RAID External Hard Drive Enclosure: 32TB Storage, USB 3.0, RAID 0/1/JBOD, Clone, Backup by Gary Reed

I bought two FS4C3 4-bay units to use with four Western Digital 12TB drives. The fan is quiet, but keeps the drives at 35 degrees even under load, which is good. I haven't had any connection issues and the devices appear to be well built and sturdy. The packaging of one of the devices was in poor condition. The device was returned and was poorly glued. I assume this is the fault of Revane and the previous customer. Revain seems to be the only source. So if you want an undiscovered item, all you have to do is take a chance. Although the block seemed to work fine. My second issue is that the drive goes to sleep after 15 minutes if not accessed. The system's power settings have no effect on this. In Windows 10, the drive is not disabled, so it comes back as soon as you access it. But ascents and descents are not good. I contacted the manufacturer and they said the sleep time cannot be adjusted. I was able to find a free program that periodically writes data to the disk to make it work, so the problem is solved. Search for KeepAliveHD, but there are many such programs out there. So I'm happy with the purchase, but I think there should be a custom way to turn off or change the sleep time.
