Good quality packaging: my rating
Good quality, well made. My 13 year old tall and thin daughter used this as part of her youth group costume. It's longer than most cheap ones you can find at kids' party stores. She is too small to wear adult tutus and most other children's tutus are either too short or too small in the waist.
Pros
- I bought the skirt for my daughter's birthday, she will be 6 years old, it fits her very well and is a really good length.
Cons
- Too bulky for travel
