Great case. I want to commend this company. I bought this case before my iPad Air 4 arrived. To my surprise they sent me an extra case? Well it turned out that the original case had a small defect and I didn't even know it and didn't ask for a new one, they took it upon themselves to send me an updated replacement. They also mentioned that I didn't have to return the faulty one - although it wasn't a problem. The feel of this case is premium and I feel like my new device is protected. Very happy with my purchase and applaud the buyer. Service to solve the problem - it may not have been a problem at all. But knowing about this, they wanted to make sure they were sending out a quality product. Thank you for being an honest company. i like my case
