The light itself (LED) is of course better for my aquarium plants, but the instructions for setting the timer are NOT suitable. Just press the 8, 10, 12 or 2 o'clock buttons and forget it? Do you want the light to be on when you choose the time? I'm assuming the switch on the cable needs to be turned on beforehand. I noticed that if I press any of the timer buttons while the light is on, the color turns blue. Is there a reason for that? Do different colors affect plant growth or fish health? Lots of unanswered questions. I want answers. Timers, if I know how to use them, save me having to buy another transformer for the light. Now when I use one of the electric timer bars, the pump also turns off. The remote control is perfect if I can get it to work. Many Thanks
