They refer to the quality of the free promo bags that you get from the companies, maybe a bit higher quality. The pressure is good, the strings feel comfortable. For me even better than I expected for the price. The kids will get a few more uses and I'll feel like the money is well spent. Live they are much brighter and more beautiful.
