I doubt it will fit up to 3 years
It says that it fits up to 3 years but I used the first row of button to make it fit my 6 month old. I can't imagine it being big enough for a year old let alone a 3 year old. Otherwise,it's good. I love the design and it's lighter than the iplay that is a bit bulky
- I dislike the design. It is hard to get on a moving toddler.
- Difficult to clean
