Well I've had it 24 hours and it's smaller than pictured - especially the foot wedge. The foam pillow does not fill at least 2.5 inches of fabric material. At first I thought it was due to the airpack compression (for shipping) but it's not. Pillow/foam is definitely smaller than a fabric cover. Check out the image, but it doesn't really give a good idea of what it's missing, at least compared to the product marketing image advertised. So if you want to judge your legs/feet, you'd better use your own pillow. The factory drawing shows that the leg gusset is 7.7 and is just fabric - see the drawing again. The back support is better but I still think the picture gives the impression that you are getting substantial pillow support but the small head/neck pillow is also deceptively drawn. It's smaller and thinner - you won't feel bulky, but it offers support. I can live with the back brace as it comes - I want/paid for the best leg brace I can think of. Attention buyers. I do not recommend buying online.
