When purchasing these headphones, you should not have the expectation of hearing excellent sound; yet, the quality of the sound is not terrible, and there is something else to compare it to. If you don't raise your voice significantly when you're on the phone, it will be difficult for other people to hear what you have to say. On the other hand, based on the options available within the same category, I believe these headphones to be the most impressive. Got pros: Up until that point, not a single plug could stay in the ear, and I had to constantly adjust it with my hand. This model fit like a glove when it was laid out flat. Quick connection to the phone; by the time you've positioned it in your ear, the headphones will have already established a connection. Having said that, there are a couple of negatives for me right now: 1) Adjusting the earpiece without first pressing the sensor is, at least in my case, physically impossible. It was required of me to turn it off. 2) The sound lags and is interrupted when paired with an LG TV, whereas it plays without delay and without interruption on my Samsung S20+.
