When I was testing the functionality and performance of the smartphone on the day it was delivered, I realized that the gyroscope was functioning in an erroneous manner. As a result of using the service of checking the phone for defects that was included with the purchase of the phone, I contacted the seller, and they informed me that during their corporate test, they did not find any flaws. As a direct consequence of this, I gave the phone to them to check, and even after driving all over Hong Kong with it, they did not find any flaws. It has seven more days to make its way back through Market before the deadline. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by the time and money spent on travel and the proceedings. At least, when all was said and done, we got our money back for the smartphone.
