I did a lot of research before deciding to order these pillows. The benefit for me was that I could adjust the thickness by removing the infill. I'm like Goldilocks with pillows, they're always either too soft or too hard. LOL This pillow solved that problem. I bought a pack of 2 and have only opened one so far. I removed the filling until it seemed appropriate. No more neck pain! I saved some extra filling to add in the future when it starts to crack a little. Or who knows, maybe I can make a third pillow with the filling I ended up removing from both? lol It was chilly for me, previous pillows seemed to block my body heat and made me overheat in the middle of the night. I didn't have that problem with this pillow. There weren't any chemical smells from her either, which is a solid plus. I washed and dried the cover, it didn't shrink, it fit the pillow perfectly. It's very soft and doesn't make any noise. With that in mind, I hope they will be available for many years to come. When it comes time to upgrade my pillows I would happily buy them again. or maybe I'll make 2 more as a backup! Just in case! ;)
