When I first used this product I had problems. I went back and tried again after following some advice and it worked fine. It feels like it's taking a long time to dry so it can be difficult to pull off at times, but the key is to apply it in a thick layer (the thinner it's the harder it will come off) and the latex completely beforehand let the painting dry. . This latex turns milky white at first, and when dried becomes transparent. It's good that it doesn't dry quickly because you can apply it precisely, but that just means it's a long process. This also means that it will most likely last in a bottle because it doesn't set as quickly, so I hope this bottle has many uses! I'm not sure if there are better liquid latex options, they're basically the same chemically, but I've never used a similar product before. When I applied it thickly it mostly rinsed off easily and cleanly so it did the job and I'm happy with it.
