It's easy to apply like any other tape and easy to remove because it doesn't stick to the Surface. I applied the tape to a clean and smooth aluminum surface, the underside of the bike rack, to improve visibility when the rack is in the up position, but the tape continues to peel off. I tried a second time, cleaning the surface with alcohol, but the result was the same - all the previously applied tape came off. There are two spots that stuck and didn't come off, but the other spots I put reflective tape on don't stick. The tape came off overnight in the garage; it has not been affected by movement, the elements or other environmental factors. I just suck
