Pleasant sheen, durable PVC and CANNOT be accidentally torn off the velcro
VERY strong velcro. It takes a lot of strength to get it out of the bag. Nice kung fu grip (nod to GI Joe) :) Look at the photos. Velcro molle 3 lines high. The second photo is in the dark just after the summer midday sun. Third photo in 5 minutes. Sunlight and full spectrum light are best for charging something like this. After 10 minutes he is completely weak. Doesn't glow as long as all the GIDs we had in the 70's, but glow longer and brighter than the embroidered versions. PVC rubber is quite high quality. I definitely recommend it.
