I was in seventh heaven when I received them. They are perfect in almost every way. The sole isn't so fluffy that you lose tactile feel of the ground, but it's not rock hard either. The width is perfect if, like me, you need a slightly wider toe box. The only reason I brought them back is that the heel actually follows the contours and rubs the heel too much. I'm not a fan of bubbles and it hurts to wear them around the house for just 5 minutes. Completely heartbroken. Otherwise they are so perfect.
