Review on 🧜 Explore the Ocean with Creativity Kids Mermaid Jewelry Beginners by Carlos Melendez

Inexpensive and cheaper in nature but the 7 year old birthday girl loved it!

We bought this as a birthday present for a little girl who was obsessed with mermaids and just turned 7 years old. Since my kids were older, I had no idea what jewelry set she would like to have. My now 12 year old daughter (who is taking care of her) thought this would be perfect. When it arrived the box appeared to be completely empty. In fact, I had to wonder if there was anything else in there other than the enchantment seen through the box's window. The charms were cute enough but to be honest it seemed like a very cheap jewelry set. However, we were desperate and given that we live in downtown Wyoming with no gift options, we were stuck. We paired it with a mermaid jewelry music box (also bought from Revain) and wrapped it all up with crossed thumbs. When she opened it she was obsessed with the jewelry set. She was eager to tear it apart and start making bracelets and necklaces. The spells in the viewing window were enough to convince her that everything was perfect. It comes with a handful of beads and beads, 15 shell charms and about 10 ribbons. The quantity corresponds to the photo showing what is in the box. Yes the box could be smaller but I like that it has space for necklaces and bracelets. A smaller box wouldn't allow that, or a viewing window that lets you see before you buy. I can't vouch for the quality but I can tell you that there aren't many jewelry sets for this age group on the market that can be had at this price point. It may fall apart after a few wears but with the smile and excitement on the birthday boy's face I would say it was worth it.
