We purchase many canned cat food through add-on and subscription saver programs and special offers when available. I've checked most of them and have no complaints and our 6 cats plus 2 strays that we feed rarely skip breakfast which is all canned food like Friskies or 9-Lives. Local grocery stores don't sell it in bulk, and while it's available at pet stores, the price is often better here. In our last shipment 22 cases were delivered and I have to say that anyone who gets frustrated at receiving a dented can is so much so that they only rate it low considering it's aluminum. Banks go through the shipping process. In many boxes I've bought, I've seen only a few cans opened and thrown away, but the dent never affected the contents. The items received have always been of 5 star quality and whenever the price has been somewhere between a girl and around grocery store price, there is no better place for us than here. No way do I buy multiple boxes of cat food locally when it comes in cans because more boxes are much easier to handle. If you're really bothered by a dented can, going to the store is probably your best bet. The rest of the time we feed our cats grain free kibble, but cans are actually cheaper than what we pay for Taste of the Wild and similar brands.
