Review on ๐ŸŽง Sennheiser PXC 550 Wireless: Advanced Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headphones with Touch Control and Long Battery Life by Bima แ Œ

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

The purpose of the purchase is to buy headphones with decent sound quality in which you can work at home for a long time and get distracted from extraneous sounds without a strong increase in music volume. I also travel often and need a good battery. I wanted wireless ones with the ability to connect wires due to devices that do not have a 3.5 connector . You should not expect superb sound quality via bluetooth, you need normal codecs. There was no wow effect from the noise reduction (but I donโ€™t live among a large number of booming sounds) Noise canceling directly presses on your ears when you sit in complete silence and is turned on to the maximum, because of this you have to turn on something, but in general it does not muffle voices, so there is not much sense for me to sit in silence with them. My wife is used to noise reduction and nothing presses on her anymore, even in silence. Noise canceling + 30% of the volume of any song drowns out all all sounds and it is very hard to shout (often a thread flies to tear you away from work). I tested it in a place where a lot of cars drove and such sounds are muffled much better, but also not completely, with music you canโ€™t hear anything at all, even at low volume. Why did you choose the Sennheiser PXC 550-II? 1. Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC would be an ideal option if you are preparing to listen to music only via bluetooth, but everyone complains about severe discomfort and you wonโ€™t be able to sit in them for a long time. + in my country they cost about 15k 2. Sony WH-1000XM3 seems to be a very successful model, but I can't stand the sound of Sony, bosses and jbl. It is necessary to listen before buying, and in quarantine conditions this is unrealistic 3. Bowers & Wilkins PX5 or 7 sound very cool, but I have them for about 35k and this is too much. Moreover, the quality will not be transmitted via bluetooth. They also often complain about very poor build quality, they break after a year

Pros
  • - very comfortable - hold charge well - good sound through the wire - the ability to use 2 devices - bluetooth 5.0 (never lost connection) - 2 levels of noise reduction - Noise reduction does not distort the music - the volume margin is colossal, I can't listen above 70% - touch control is convenient, sometimes you touch when you adjust the headphones, but not critical - detachable wire
Cons
  • - too much attack in 2k-5k range - there is no normal equalizer in the application, and you will have to reduce the highs for any on all devices. - you can not turn off mixing sounds from outside - the function to stop the song when removing the headphones often falsely works (yawned or eat) so I turned it off.
