The best thing about Testmatic it's that you can use all your favorite tools in one place, like JIRA or TeamCity for CI/CD pipeline management etc., Jenkins as code quality tool (JFrog Artifactory) - easy setup with Docker containers; Gitlab integration makes development even easier! It has very good support from team at Thoughtworks which helps solving any issues quickly. No dislikes so far but I'm sure there are some things we don't know yet :) We have solved our problems by using this product since 3 years now without significant downsides. Our customers get full traceability between tests cases along their entire lifecycle including requirements validation & acceptance testing phases plus they also benefit greatly when doing regression / QA automation tasks where manual work gets reduced significantly too.
