I appreciated that we were able to set up our own team page where all staff could be easily contacted as well as having separate sections to keep things organized in one place was great! The initial training took quite some time but once it gets going everything is very easy to use now.

It can sometimes feel like there are so many options at first if you're not sure what your looking for - this may take getting used too though. Having a central hub with clear reporting lines/accountability has been beneficial from day 1 when trying to get my head around how best to structure our teams internally.
