First of all I would like to say that I am a big fan of Fossil. Or at least I used to be. They had great customer service and their products were definitely worth the price they charged for them. I bought it today and tried it before I bought it. Yes, I bought it because I don't want to deal with the hassel of the return process, which has also gotten worse over the years. The skin of this wallet is very thin and fragile. while soft? Don't put your keys in a section. You will receive a scratched wallet. For those of you who carry bucket bags like me. While I think the design is okay, the leather used probably only needs a few years to replace my other Fossil Walker, which I bought direct from their website 12 years ago. This skin was thick, rough, and durable, like all. Plus attractive and fictional. This? Not the same at all. The quality of the stitching and zippers is also not the same. Pretty cheaply made compared to 12 years ago. I decided to go to their website and take advantage of their sale. Think, hey, what great suggestions. Em no. I have just received a clutch that I ordered and in my opinion it is better made than this wallet. Another order I ordered was delayed and there was no word from customer service about the cancellation or my numerous emails. Until yesterday I finally got an e-mail that it was about repeat orders. Two weeks. Then email. Just a note. You will get stuck as I believe there is no customer service at Fossil. Very disappointed with the brand at the moment. I will look elsewhere for better quality. For the same price.
