No difference between low beam and high beam

I installed them on a Yamaha Grizzly 450, as soon as I switched them on I noticed that they are white LEDs, more powerful than incandescent bulbs, this is normal, but when I switched, i didn't notice any difference between high and low beam, thought it was a problem with the switch, so i installed them on yamaha raptor 700, same situation, installed the old ones on both bikes, everything worked fine on both bikes, so the problem lies at the lightbulb. I will contact the seller to see if the item can be returned or refunded.
