I was very impressed with this topper. I am a firm believer in limiting the amount of fillers in cat and dog food. They are both carnivores and giving them grains and many things like potatoes goes against their natural diet in my opinion. However, I have to give the cat dry food so she can have it whenever she wants. I get the best I can (with limited ingredients) and supplement with this blender. This is one I will definitely use again. The ingredients are simple. Water, Chicken, Duck, Agar-Agar (to thicken water after processing to make "gravy"). Warning for smell sensitive people. It smells like cooked meat and has a strong aroma. Just because you don't like something doesn't mean the product is bad. And yes, your cat may need to adjust to a REAL diet that isn't tailored to their humans' tastes. So if they turn up their noses, try mixing them into their regular food and transitioning slowly. Your digestive system will thank you. The same goes for kitty litter – less litter = less poop! I also like containers - they take up less space than cans, they're easy to stack and store, and the metals aren't recyclable! Cat. Let's just say, not for long. Kitty approved!
