I really liked/excited this bag but it started to break with light use. And now I'm traveling in Asia and have to take care of repairs or replacements. The tearing of the fabric is very annoying and will lead to things being lost. I bought this bag after a lot of research and I really liked it. This might be a unique downside to this bag, but be aware. Otherwise it's comfy, cute, with big pockets and features. Maybe this rating will help them to become better for others. To update! When I got back from my trip I contacted the manufacturer to inquire about their warranty policy and it still stands! I answered her questions, sent photos and the new bag arrived. So I'm updating my rating. I hope the tear was a unique mistake and doesn't happen with a new bag. But their customer service (not Amazon) and policies were amazing! So buy with (more) confidence.
